The groundbreaking ceremony of for Hengshunjie Electronic Industrial Park held in Beijiao on 17th,May,2025 .Hengshunjie continues to invest in intelligent manufacturing and green production, we will build a new 90,000-square-meter intelligent manufacturing factory with 13 new automated production lines. The full capacity will reach 30 million pieces of brushless DC fan annually and 2,500T of heat sink processing capacity per month, this new investment will strengthen and consolidate the industrial chain in home appliances.

On May 17, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Hengshunjie Electronics Industrial Park was held in Beijiao, Shunde. As a key component of Beijiao Town's smart manufacturing industrial cluster, this project marks a pivotal step in Hengshunjie's strategic layout in the smart home appliance sector and injects new momentum into Beijiao Town's efforts to strengthen and solidify its home appliance industry chain.

Hengshunjie Electronic Industrial Park is located in Plot KZ2, north of Kanzhou Industrial Zone Avenue and east of Qunli Road in Beijiao Town. The total land area exceeds 20,000 square meters, with a total investment of 340 million yuan, including approximately 250 million yuan in fixed assets investment. The project plans a total construction area of about 93,000 square meters, and upon completion, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of over 500 million yuan.

The industrial park will integrate R&D innovation, production manufacturing, marketing, and after-sales services, gathering world-leading production equipment, top-tier technical talent, and establishing a scientific and comprehensive management mechanism. It aims to build a modern electronic industrial base that combines R&D innovation, production manufacturing, marketing, and after-sales services, further enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises.

Foshan Shunde Hengshunjie Electronic Co., Ltd. was established in 2006. As a national high-tech enterprise and a provincial-level "Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative" SME, it serves as a core supplier for various business divisions of Midea Group.

"We firmly believe that the electronic industrial park will continuously inject new momentum into Hengshunjie, significantly enhance the company's core competitiveness, and propel greater leapfrog development in the electronics sector," said a relevant official from Hengshunjie Electronics Co., Ltd. During the project preparation phase, government authorities provided comprehensive, multi-tiered support and guidance, laying a solid foundation for the smooth advancement of the project.

Currently, Beidiao is leveraging the core area of the Foshan Beidiao Robotics Valley Manufacturing Industrial Park to build a smart manufacturing industrial system characterized by leading enterprises, complete industrial chains, and ecological synergy. "This area has already attracted high-quality projects such as KeFan Home Furnishings, Leapmotor Motors, Jiesun Robotics, United Precision Shunde Headquarters Base, and Kawa Technology, with initial signs of cluster effects emerging," said Hu Bing, Deputy Chief of Beidiao Town. Beidiao will continue to optimize government services, establish specialized task forces, and ensure full-process project approval, construction, and operation to expedite project production and effectiveness. The town aims to use enterprises like Hengshunjie as a bridge to attract more upstream and downstream businesses, further strengthening Beidiao's golden brand in the home appliance industry.
